Learners from Creating Tomorrow Trust recently took part in a powerful reverse mentoring programme at the University of Northampton, creating a meaningful opportunity to share their voices and shape the future of education.
On 26th March, a small group of learners from Isebrook School took part in an exciting and immersive visit to Citrus Training, where they explored the world of construction first-hand.
The visit provided learners with valuable insight into the construction industry, including the wide range of career opportunities available. Learners had the chance to speak directly with industry professionals, asking questions and gaining a deeper understanding of what different roles involve on a real working site.
