Creating Tomorrow Partnership is a multi-academy trust of schools and colleges for children and young adults with SEND in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Luton.
We are an inclusive community of learners building the skills and confidence to succeed in a changing world.
Focusing exclusively on SEND education, we cover primary, secondary, sixth form and 18-25, and support young people with a wide range of needs across a range of needs including cognition and learning difficulties (from profound and multiple to moderate learning difficulties), and Social Emotional Mental Health difficulties.
A large number of our learners have additional needs such as sensory or physical difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and speech, language and communication needs.
