Working across a range of support roles in education for nearly 20 years, including student services, HR and exams, Ellie moved into governance after completing her clerking qualifications. She's been with Creating Tomorrow since its formation, supporting trust leaders, members, trustees, and governors in fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.

I began my career in education in 2008 as a Student Services Manager in a mainstream secondary school. After seven years, I moved to Isebrook School where I took on the role of PA to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. This position allowed me to broaden my experience, taking on additional responsibilities as the school’s Exams Officer and HR Administrator.

Since joining Creating Tomorrow Trust at its formation in 2017, I have been proud to be part of its growth and development. I feel privileged to work alongside such a dedicated team who share my values and commitment to creating opportunities for every student.

My current role as Governance Professional for the Trust allows me to support Trust Leaders, Members, Trustees, and Governors in fulfilling their responsibilities effectively. I have also completed the Level 3 Clerking qualification, which has strengthened my expertise in governance and ensures I can provide high-quality advice and support.

I am passionate about ensuring governance is not only compliant but also strategic and impactful, and I thoroughly enjoy contributing to the Trust’s mission of improving outcomes for all our learners.
