She has led schools and trusts across mainstream, specialist, and global settings, always guided by the values of inclusion, equity, and empowerment.

She’s proud to be interim Director of Education at Creating Tomorrow Trust, working alongside some of the most inspirational and hard-working learners and colleagues. In this role, she supports schools to strengthen teaching, leadership, and learning, build capacity, and create sustainable improvement. She’s helped schools raise achievement, narrow gaps for disadvantaged learners and those with special educational needs, and lead change that strengthens teaching and learning at scale.

Beyond the trust, Jenny has shaped national teacher and leadership development and training, delivering programmes and research projects that influence multiple generations of our profession to create the greatest impact for learners.

What excites her most is leading innovation and system improvements to support our diverse learners while never losing sight of the difference these changes make for each learner, every day.
