the business, charity, and education sectors.

Over the course of her career, she has held senior finance positions including Finance Manager and CFO, with the past 20 years focused on leading financial strategy and operations. She has worked in businesses operating across the UK, Europe, the USA, and Australia, gaining valuable international experience and a strong commercial perspective.

For the past decade, Anthea has specialised in academy trust finance, operating at both a strategic and operational level. She plays a key role in shaping and delivering the Trust’s financial strategy, ensuring robust risk management, long-term financial planning, and the delivery of value for money across the organisation. Her leadership has consistently contributed to clean external audits and a strong financial foundation for sustainable growth.

A collaborative and forward-thinking leader, Anthea works closely with school leaders and the Board of Trustees to ensure that financial planning supports the Trust’s educational goals. She is committed to driving innovation and ensuring that every pound spent contributes directly to improving outcomes for pupils.
