Esther is a qualified teacher who began her career in secondary schools across Northamptonshire. Since leaving the classroom, she has gained over 15 years’ experience in senior and executive leadership positions across the public sector including school improvement, community services, and public health. With a strong track record of business development and leading large local authority change initiatives, Esther joined Creating Tomorrow in 2018 to lead the strategic operations of the trust.

Esther looks after the core shared services to school including HR, IT, estates, governance, communications, and community engagement. She has delivered major capital projects, implemented compliance systems, and developed operational frameworks that support sustainable growth. Esther is qualified in project management, risk management, health and safety, and also holds the National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership.
