Learners celebrate National Apprenticeship Week with Kettering Job Centre

Learners from Creating Tomorrow College – Kettering Campus visited the local Jobcentre recently as part of celebrating National Apprenticeship Week.

The session, hosted by the team at Kettering Jobcentre, provided learners with a valuable insight into employment support, apprenticeships and routes into work. Events like this help strengthen understanding of the support available to people of all ages to reach their full potential, reinforcing that careers education and future readiness begins long before a first job or apprenticeship.

As part of the wider national drive to support career development and skills, the Jobcentre team delivered an engaging Apprenticeship Week event, welcoming learners and sharing practical information about training pathways, workplace support and next steps as learners prepare for adulthood.

The event was a brilliant opportunity for young people to ask questions, hear about the pathways available and make connections that will help inform future decisions about careers, apprenticeships and training.
