What does it involve?

System2 training is a three-day intensive experience designed for people who have received Capacity2 training and have facilitated Change2 workshops. The training takes their facilitation skills to the next level. During the three days they learn how to:
  • Deliver Capacity2 to colleagues
  • Give feedback on individuals facilitation skills and style
  • Provide hints and tips on use of tools and techniques
  • Adapt materials so that they are tailored to specific challenges in that organisation
  • Plan training sessions
