What does it involve?

Lead2 is a series of provocative workshops, featuring Dame Pat Collarbone, they can be run individually as three, one and a half hour sessions or as a single one day workshop.

The sessions are designed to bring an external perspective and challenge into the room with the Leadership Team. This is achieved through videos of Dame Pat Collarbone sharing her insights and experience into the issues relevant to each session, followed by a structured discussion and importantly action planning. These sessions can be facilitated by a member of the leadership team or by an external facilitator.

Lead2 can be run within a single organisation or with leaders from a number of organisations, for example a cluster of schools, a collaborative enterprise or partnership, in order to develop a shared understanding of how to work together to lead change.


What will you achieve?

Through these three challenge sessions, you will establish the leadership focus that is required to develop and deliver your strategy. The Leadership Team will better understand how to work together as a team and with others to deliver services in the most effective way.

  • Identified the key leadership skills that are required to succeed in this environment.
  • Undertaken a gap analysis for the leadership team and created a plan for how relative strengths and leadership styles will be used and supported.
  • Created a plan for the development, growth and engagement of your people.
